1. Shipping Terms
By placing an order on the website https://webshop.oxygenihair.com/, a contract is concluded between Oxygeni Hair Kft. as the seller (hereinafter referred to as the seller) and the person placing the order as the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer), subject to the conditions stated in this agreement.
The buyer, by approving the order, accepts and acknowledges as binding the provisions stated in this agreement.
Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm, so please provide daytime availability as the delivery address. If the chosen courier company cannot complete the handover, they will leave a notification about the package and attempt redelivery at a new, agreed-upon time. However, if the goods cannot be delivered on the second attempt, the items will be returned to Oxygeni Hair Kft.
If the delivery fails due to the buyer’s fault (failure to ensure the timely receipt of the goods), the seller is obligated to reimburse any additional costs incurred (e.g., return of goods, re-delivery, etc.)
2. Pickup Methods
Courier Service: We deliver to specific EU countries that can be selected during the ordering process.
3. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is automatically added to the order amount, which is specified when placing the order. If the product is in stock, your order placed on business days will be delivered within 5-7 working days after the order*. Please note that for Stripe payments, we dispatch your package after receiving the transfer. If, for any reason, the fulfillment of the order encounters obstacles, Oxygeni Hair’s headquarters will contact you via email or phone for further coordination.
